📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We ship nationwide across Australia using reliable courier networks (including Australia Post).

 

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your art's journey directly via the courier's website.

 

💔 Damaged Items in Transit

Art is delicate, and we take great care in packaging it securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at contact@guart.com.au within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you.
